At SBS Accountancy we offer a flexible approach to our services. We will evaluate your requirements on an individual basis, specific to your business and can either provide you will a full-suite package or the separate services as and where required.

Our services are offered on a fixed fee monthly basis which means you don’t get any nasty surprises with additional charges for meetings, phone calls, etc or alternatively on an annual basis if you would prefer.

Below is a selection of our most popular services. Click on the icon to find out more.

As a landlord, you might not consider yourself as self-employed or a small business owner but HMRC do. Therefore, if you’re making money from renting out a property, you’ll need to fill in a Self-Assessment tax return. The Self-Assessment system can seem daunting, especially given constantly changing legislation but we can keep you right on this.

Many people attempt to complete their annual self-assessment tax returns by themselves, but there are many benefits from having an accountant do this for you. Simply tell us what your income is and where it comes from, whether it be from employment, self-employment or other sources such as property, savings or dividends.

So, you're setting up your very own business - well done!! We can save you time and worry, we can help reduce your tax liability and prevent any possible fines or penalties. But did you know, as an accountancy practice we can help with more than just the numbers?

If you employ staff, then you need to operate payroll – simple.  This can be implemented weekly or monthly and we provide this as a paperless service.

We don’t just prepare your year-end accounts and returns; we provide you with monthly or quarterly management accounts which we believe are the most valuable tool in business if used and prepared in the right way.  This means that you can make informed decisions know the actual state of your business during the year ...

The starting point for any accountancy service is bookkeeping. By definition, it is the activity of keeping records of the financial affairs of a business. If your bookkeeping is up to scratch, then everything else should just fall into pace. But it can be a laborious task, so why not let us take care of it for you?

Are you VAT registered? Should you be VAT registered? Not sure - well let us help! If your turnover exceeds £85k* in any 12-month period then you must be registered for VAT.

Whilst each client is treated as an individual with a unique set of circumstances we believe in following a clear and transparent pricing structure. You can be sure to be paying a fair price for a professional service.
